Jakob is the Global Product Lead for two digital products at Volkswagen Financial Services. In his current role he is responsible for two pillars of the VW digital ecosystem, the digital Identity & eSignature. For the development of both pillars a variety of different providers are necessary in order to fulfil the different customer expectations globally.
He develops it with a cross functional agile team and the products are currently implemented in variety of digital application.
