Almost two years ago, the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) was officially announced. For many companies, an intensive preparation started. The law has been in force for larger companies since January 1, 2023. It now has to prove itself in practice. Our keynote will provide you with some insights how we prepared Bayer AG for the new regulation. We will also share some practical experiences six months after the go live.
